Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) sales in Chennai. You will lead the team, drive branch and DSA channel partnerships, and manage customer relationships to achieve LAP targets.

The role demands strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to close corporate leads while ensuring timely pre/post disbursal compliance and delinquency control.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate or above.
• Minimum 6 years work experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Exposure to secured lending asset products like Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan would be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handling team to generate business from existing branch and generate DSA channels.
• Monitoring pre and post disbursal documents/formalities.
• Monitoring and resolving infant delinquent cases.
• Building relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Providing off-roll incentive inputs for timely processing.
• Meeting HNI customers for business loans.
• Generating corporate leads and closing them.
• Achieve branch/location targets through the team including branch sales target, ALR, and controlling PDD/delinquency.
