• Build, manage, and grow the LAP portfolio within the assigned geography.
• Drive LAP acquisition through DSAs, DSTs, branches and other channels.
• Achieve disbursement, portfolio growth and revenue targets for LAP.
• Develop and manage relationships with sourcing partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor customer lifecycle from lead to disbursement and servicing.
• Ensure high-quality sourcing with adherence to credit/compliance guidelines.
• Drive cross-selling of liability products and other banking offerings.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations and Product teams for timely processing.
• Track market opportunities and channel performance to improve outcomes.

Job description

To identify and develop business opportunities through consultative engagement, market assessment and customer suitability evaluation. The role involves recommending banking solutions, assessing commercial opportunities, evaluating customer viability and contributing to decisions that support portfolio growth, profitability and business development objectives.

• Build, manage, and grow the Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio within the assigned geography/location.
• Drive acquisition of LAP business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), Branch Banking channels, and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve assigned disbursement, portfolio growth, and revenue targets for the LAP business.
• Develop and manage relationships with sourcing partners, DSAs, DSTs, and branch stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Monitor the customer lifecycle from lead generation and sourcing to disbursement and post-disbursement servicing.
• Ensure high-quality sourcing with a focus on portfolio quality and adherence to credit and compliance guidelines.
• Drive cross-selling of liability products, insurance, and other banking products to enhance customer value and profitability.
• Track market opportunities, competitor activities, and customer requirements to expand business penetration within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Product teams to ensure timely processing and superior customer experience.
• Monitor team productivity and channel performance and implement initiatives to improve business outcomes.

Experience: 7 to 15 Years
