Job summary

Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL) is seeking a Sub Office Head to lead revenue growth across local and regional markets, building strong client relationships and delivering advertising solutions that meet objectives.

You will work with branch leadership, clients, agencies and internal teams to expand advertiser partnerships and drive market share, influencing sales strategy and monetising opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in media sales, channel sales, direct sales, business development or key account management.
• Proven ability to acquire new business and grow revenue from existing clients.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercial acumen with ability to identify market opportunities and develop sales strategies.
• Experience managing advertiser and agency relationships across diverse industries.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Sub Office Head, you will lead revenue growth across local and regional markets by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering effective advertising solutions. You will work closely with Branch leadership, clients, agencies, and internal teams to drive market share, strengthen advertiser partnerships, and achieve business objectives. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. Candidates with relevant sales and business development experience will also be considered.
