Role & responsibilities
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and targets in the designated area.
  • Set sales targets for individual sales representatives and monitor their performance regularly.
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Identify potential areas for business expansion and work with the management team to develop and implement expansion plans.
  • Regularly visit clients and retail stores to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Developing new distributors / dealers and working on to expand existing business.
  • Business operations ensuring availability, quality, and timely delivery of product at the POS.
  • Meeting customer demands on time and build the distribution infrastructure.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and pricing strategies tailored for Ice-Cream Retail market.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Competent in leading and directing the Business preferably with experience from Ice Cream/Dairy/Food/beverage business.
  • Should possess deep understanding of primarily B2C sales.
  • Should possess a distinctive track record of managing and growing a business through product innovation, channel / distributor management.
