We Luna Bearings, having an important opening, for Area sales Manager, for Mechanical Products at Mumbai Masjid Bunder Location.

Experience: 1 year to 4 years (Industrial products sales only). Those from production background will not be applicable for this post. Freshers are also not applicable for the same.

Responsibilities
  • Area Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers (Mechatronics sales such as shaft, bearings, gearboxes, rack and pinions, guideways experience will be added advantages).
  • Understand customer requirements and ensures that the service has been delivered accordingly.
  • Responsible for driving sales in the particular territory.
  • Looking for channel partners for business development and maintaining good rapport with them to increase potential.
  • Training them to handle CRM software for adding follow-ups and seeing quotations regularly.
  • Coordinating with Sales Engineers about their new potential customers and merging them in CRM software on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for achieving targets for themselves as well as their team members.
  • ASM will be responsible for their respective team members' targets, training needs, performance, motivation, visits, and closing the deals.
  • ASM will keep a tab on his members for each and every work given and get it done on timely basis.
  • ASM is answerable to the management for his respective sales engineers visits, under performance, meeting deadlines.
  • ASM will be responsible to educate and train the distributors or channel partners on new products/technology by conducting meetings with our Technical Person.
  • ASM will be responsible for analyzing training need for the distributors and their Engineers and scheduling the training program with the help of HR.
  • After every Exhibition ASM needs to convert the Exhibition directories into Excel sheet and send it to the distributor and has to do the regular follow-ups with the customers.
Required Qualification

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or Equivalent.
