Job Summary: To achieve sales target & profitability in assigned territory by executing marketing strategies through personal contacts with key users, influencers and through education. To ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales target & profitability in assigned territory by executing marketing strategies through personal contacts with key users, influencers and through education.
  • Plan and execute marketing programs to meet customer needs and BD objectives.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer accounts (incl. key opinion leaders, Key Accounts, Key HCP’s) as per defined norms or requirements.
  • Achievement of Personal Goals - Sales achievement of targets /IIGs/ KPI’s - S&P (Sales & Profit), Cash Collection Targets.
  • Timeliness in submission of Reports, Claims, Tour Plan, Secondary Sales Statements etc.
  • SFDC tools.
  • Organize, conduct educational workshops and educate users on BD Biosciences products in assigned territory.
  • Manage distributors / channel partners on aspects of stock planning, claim settlement and pricing.
  • Ensure regular customer visits as per defined norms.
Qualifications

Master of Science in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology.

B.Tech. Biotechnology

or

MBA- Biotechnology

Experience

At least 5 years working experience in direct sales of Life sciences & Medical devices/ consumables
