Growth For Impact is hiring a field sales professional in Dehradun/ Uttarakhand to drive channel sales and expand the distributor network across the territory. You will appoint new dealers, maintain strong partner relationships, and push brand visibility through targeted campaigns, with a focus on collections and order execution.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand territory coverage.
• Appoint new distributors and dealers in the assigned area.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
• Ensure partner profitability and engagement.
• Increase brand visibility and product awareness in the territory.
• Conduct promotional activities, dealer meets, and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors.
• Monitor outstanding payments and reduce credit risk.
• Maintain healthy financial discipline in the territory.
• Ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Support field executives and sales coordinators.
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track KPIs like sales growth, conversion ratio, and collection efficiency.
• Provide market feedback and insights to management.
