Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Distribution Channel & Dealer Network Sales & Marketing of AC, Fan, Electrical Cable, wire, Switches, Switchgear, LED Lighting, Air Cooler and Water Heater with Dealers & Distributor Channel Management and Business Development.
- Handling Electricals and lighting Products, responsible for channel Sales in (Electrical Products like AC, Solar, Switches, Cable, Wire, Pump & Consumer Lighting Division) for the area.
- Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales Target of the territory.
- Appointing Distributors & Dealers Network in region.
- Handling Wire, Cable, Professional Lighting, Modular Switches & Automation, Switch gears, Lighting, and Wire and other product of the Company.
- Achieving Monthly Primary & Secondary Sales Target of the territory.
- Planning, Implementation of Sales Strategy.
- Gathering information and feedback on competitor schemes / offerings and product quality and reliability.
- Interacting Distributors & Dealers on Customer complaints.
- Business relations with distributors & Dealers.
- Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team.
Skill required

- Must be Clear Understanding of ROI & Creation of Distribution Channel.
