Responsibilities

• Handle products including 2W, 3W, Car Loan, CV, Used CV, Used PV, CE & Tractor.
• Ensure timely loan approvals as per defined TAT, credit norms and approval criteria.
• Conduct customer visits for credit appraisal and assess creditworthiness.
• Conduct training sessions for Sales Executives on credit policies and amendments.
• Monitor Non-Starter customers and work jointly with the Sales team on ED & NS cases.
• Manage Repo Stock liquidation while maintaining losses within defined limits.
• Ensure portfolio quality and hygiene parameters including First EMI, PDD, TAB adoption, Udyam collection and 100% PAN updation.
• Complete Risk Control Self-Assessment activities before internal audits.
• Maintain smooth and timely processing of disbursement files with minimum queries.
• Maintain Image & File FTR above 95%.
• Monitor Service Requests and ensure resolution within defined TAT.
• Maintain all mandatory branch registers, including Key Movement, NOC and Petty Cash registers.
• Manage end-to-end back-office operations while ensuring process compliance and customer service excellence.
