We are hiring an experienced Area Credit Manager Loan Against Property (LAP) for a leading Housing Finance Company in Pune. The role involves end-to-end credit appraisal, underwriting, and portfolio management for secured lending products (LAP / Mortgage / Property Loans).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess loan proposals for LAP customers (self-employed & salaried).
• Conduct detailed credit & risk assessment, cash flow analysis, and collateral evaluation.
• Liaise with legal & technical vendors for property evaluation.
• Approve cases within delegated authority; escalate as required.
• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency, and ensure compliance.
• Work closely with Sales/Business teams for structured deals and timely disbursements.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: CA preferred.
• Experience: 1-5 years in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending in Banks, NBFCs, or HFCs.
• Strong analytical & decision-making skills.
