Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in credit management within financial services, with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record of managing a credit portfolio and achieving credit quality targets.
• In‑depth knowledge of credit appraisal techniques, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
