ABC - Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited seeks a seasoned credit underwriting leader to oversee the underwriting function for the Karnataka region.

You will review credit proposals, drive quick turnaround in close liaison with local credit analysts and sales teams, and implement risk-mitigating actions while ensuring adherence to legal and documentation norms and policies for sound decision making by approving authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Review and ensure documentation of proposals and monitor client creditworthiness from pre-sanction to post-disbursement.
• Approve credit proposals within approving authority and recommend cases to NRM / Credit Committee.

• To undertake necessary steps for risk mitigation, when required, while ensuring adherence to legal & documentation norms & policies and highlight credit risks and mitigating actions to facilitate decision making by relevant approving authorities


• To undertake ongoing review of the credit exposures to ensure that the exposure continues to be bankable.


• To review and ensure documentation of the proposals and effectively monitor client creditworthiness from the pre sanction to post disbursement phase


• To approve credit proposals within approving authority and recommend cases to NRM / Credit Committee for decision.
