Job Role:

• Monitoring and maintaining branch collection.
• Managing repossession.
• Coordination with collection agency, repossession agent, and sale of vehicle.
• Handling legal formalities.

• Minimum graduation with thorough knowledge of collection activity. Managerial position.

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum B.Com (MBA preferable).

Experience Profile:

• 4 to 5 years in a relevant field (relevant experience is acceptable if the number of years is less than 4 years).

Personality Traits:

• Should be able to make major decisions independently.
