Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design and drafting tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering software.
• Strong design sense, spatial understanding, and interest in residential and commercial interiors.
• Ability to prepare drawings, layouts, and presentation materials with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented studio environment.
• Willingness to participate in site visits, learn from on-site execution, and adapt to fast-paced project timelines.
• Basic understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes is an advantage.
• Portfolio demonstrating academic or internship projects that reflect design thinking and technical skills.

Role Description
