Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Architect cum Designer with strong expertise in Civil work and interior design to join our team who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes full ownership of projects. The ideal candidate should independently manage architectural and design tasks from concept to execution without the need for continuous supervision. This role demands a proactive approach, creative

problem-solving, and the ability to manage end to end project execution for both residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed architectural plans.

• Guide the selection of material finishes, lightning and furnishings to match project aesthetics and functionality.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve excellence in project delivery.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Project Ownership:

• Take full ownership of projects from concept to completion.

• Independently handle site visits, design adjustments, and client interactions.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

• Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, requirements and present design concepts and manage feedback loops professionally.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, internal team and all other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the tasks assigned

• Develop creative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technology.

• Research and recommend materials that balance aesthetics, durability, and cost-efficiency.

• Assist in budgeting and cost control without compromising design quality.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.

• Address design or execution challenges promptly and effectively.

Problem-Solving:

• Address on-site challenges and resolve design-related issues proactively.

• Adapt to project scope changes without the need for continuous approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture / interior design or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in architecture and interior design, with a proven track record of leading teams.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and other relevant tools.

• In-depth knowledge of Building material, construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
