Job summary

Assotech Limited is seeking enthusiastic Architect Interns to join our team in Noida/Gurgaon and gain hands-on exposure to architectural design, planning, drawings, and real estate development projects.

The internship offers practical experience in the Real Estate & Construction industry, with a stipend and cross-functional collaboration across Architecture, Civil, MEP, and Project teams.

Qualifications

• B.Arch pursuing students or graduates eligible.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD required.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop adds advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural principles and construction drawings.
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional project environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the architecture team in preparing architectural drawings and layouts.
• Support the preparation and modification of plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Assist in developing design concepts and presentations.
• Work on AutoCAD drawings and basic architectural documentation.
• Assist in preparing drawings and documents for project coordination.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Civil, MEP, and Project teams as required.
• Assist in reviewing drawings and identifying design or documentation discrepancies.
• Support the team in preparing project presentations, schedules, and other architectural documents.
• Assist with site visits and understand the execution of architectural designs at project sites.
• Conduct basic research on materials, finishes, design standards, and architectural solutions.
• Maintain proper records of drawings and project-related documents.
• Perform other architecture-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
