Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a Technical Architect - Machine Learning in India. You will lead architecture discussions, work with offshore teams of data engineers and scientists, and deliver ML solutions across healthcare domains.

Strong hands-on experience in model development, deployment, and ML deployment is required. The role involves collaborating with cloud, software, and data engineering teams to create scalable platforms and applications that leverage AI trends such as digital diagnosis and AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in model development, deployment and operationalization in ML projects.
• Strong theoretical understanding of ML concepts and deep learning architectures.
• Experience with cloud-based web services architecture and design patterns.
• Hands-on in healthcare domain projects is desirable.
• Experience implementing RL, NLP, Auto ML solutions.
• Ability to implement research papers and present practical client-ready solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with statistical modelling and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level solution architectures for ML projects with offshore teams.
• Translate complex analyses into clear client insights with measurable impact.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding stated and latent needs.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery managers to ensure seamless delivery cadence.

Role: Technical Architect - Machine Learning

Experience Level: 8 Years or Above

Work location: Mumbai, Bangalore & Trivandrum

You will be working as a Architect Machine Learning within the healthcare domain, working on and delivering projects that are running across multiple geographies, helping healthcare organizations achieve their business goals with use of data ingestion technologies, cloud services & DevOps. You will be working with teams from other specialties such as Cloud engineering, Software engineering, Data engineering to create platforms, solutions and applications that cater to latest trends in the healthcare industry such as digital diagnosis, software as a medical product, AI marketplace, amongst others.

Role & Responsibilities

• Developing high-level solution architectures and working with our offshore team of big-data engineers and decision science analysts to build, test and assess models that predict and optimize business outcomes based on client’s success criteria.


• Develop sophisticated yet simple interpretations and communicate insights to clients that lead to quantifiable business impact.


• Building deep relationships with clients by understanding their stated but more importantly, latent needs.


• Working closely with the offshore delivery managers to ensure a seamless communication and delivery cadence.Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification


• Serve as a mentor or guide for senior resources / team leads.


• Lead the technical discussion regarding architecture designing and troubleshooting with the clients and provide solutions proactively as required. Fluent in communication

Must Have Skills

• 8+ years’ experience of Hands-on in model development, deployment and operationalization of projects in Computer Vision, NLP, etc


• Strong theoretical understanding of Machine Learning concepts, as well DeepLearning base architectures, cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns and frameworks


• Comfortable with exploring new research and engineering/development best practices types


• Hands on experience working on and handling projects in the healthcare domain would be a desired skill


• Experience in implementing Deep Learning solutions pertaining to, but not restricted to, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, Auto ML.


• Exposure to latest cutting-edge research. Ability to implement a research paper, as well as augment the current solution and communicate it to clients and team


• Great analytical skills, with expertise in analytical toolkit such as Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis,Factor Analysis, Multivariate Regression, Statistical modelling, predictive analysis.
