Quantiphi Analytics Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Architect - Machine Learning to drive high-level solution architectures in the healthcare domain across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Trivandrum. You will collaborate with offshore teams and cross-functional groups to deliver models and platforms that address client success criteria.

The role requires 8+ years hands-on experience in model development, deployment, and operationalization of ML solutions, with strong NLP,

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in model development, deployment and operationalization.
• Expertise in Computer Vision and NLP.
• Strong knowledge of DL architectures and cloud-based services.
• Experience implementing reinforcement learning and AI/ML research papers.
• Excellent communication and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level solution architectures with offshore teams to build, test, and assess models.
• Interpret and communicate insights to clients to drive business impact.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding latent needs.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery managers for seamless delivery cadence.

Role: Technical Architect - Machine Learning

Experience Level: 8 Years or Above

Work location: Mumbai, Bangalore & Trivandrum

You will be working as a Architect Machine Learning within the healthcare domain, working on and delivering projects that are running across multiple geographies, helping healthcare organizations achieve their business goals with use of data ingestion technologies, cloud services & DevOps. You will be working with teams from other specialties such as Cloud engineering, Software engineering, Data engineering to create platforms, solutions and applications that cater to latest trends in the healthcare industry such as digital diagnosis, software as a medical product, AI marketplace, amongst others.

Role & Responsibilities

• Developing high-level solution architectures and working with our offshore team of big-data engineers and decision science analysts to build, test and assess models that predict and optimize business outcomes based on client’s success criteria.
• Develop sophisticated yet simple interpretations and communicate insights to clients that lead to quantifiable business impact.
• Building deep relationships with clients by understanding their stated but more importantly, latent needs.
• Working closely with the offshore delivery managers to ensure a seamless communication and delivery cadence.
• Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification Serve as a mentor or guide for senior resources / team leads.
• Lead the technical discussion regarding architecture designing and troubleshooting with the clients and provide solutions proactively as required.
• Fluent in communication Must have skills: 8+ years’ experience of Hands-on in model development, deployment and operationalization of projects in Computer Vision, NLP, etc.
• Strong theoretical understanding of Machine Learning concepts, as well DeepLearning base architectures, cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns and frameworks Comfortable with exploring new research and engineering/development best practices types Hands on experience working on and handling projects in the healthcare domain would be a desired skill Experience in implementing Deep Learning solutions pertaining to, but not restricted to, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, Auto ML. Exposure to latest cutting-edge research. Ability to implement a research paper, as well as augment the current solution and communicate it to clients and team Great analytical skills, with expertise in analytical toolkit such as Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis,Factor Analysis, Multivariate Regression, Statistical modelling, predictive analysis.
