Job summary

VTP Realty in Pune is seeking a seasoned liaisoning professional to manage statutory approvals and coordinate with government authorities on large real estate projects. You will interface with PMC/PCMC, PMRDA, Fire, Airport, and other departments to ensure timely NOCs, CCs, OC, and compliance with DCR, RERA, and building regulations.

You will work with architects, consultants, and project teams to maintain regulatory alignment across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of liaisoning experience in the real estate industry.
• Good knowledge of statutory approval processes and local authorities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
