Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions tailored to business needs.
• Integrate FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and WM.

Business Process Analysis

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Configuration & Customization

• Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, FSCM, Banking, COPA, etc).
• Customize functionalities using user exits, BADIs, and enhancement points.

Project Leadership

• Lead SAP FICO implementation or upgrade projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Team Mentorship

• Guide junior consultants and provide training to end-users.
• Review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices.

Issue Resolution & Support

• Handle escalated support tickets and critical issues.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Relevant degree (Bachelor/ Master’s) and SAP S/4 HANA Finance Certification (preferred).

Work Experience

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO.
• Experience with Fiori apps, ABAP debugging, and integration tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.
