Job summary

Lodha is seeking an experienced Architect to lead design coordination for residential and commercial projects. You will develop plans and elevations, coordinate with vendors and consultants, and prepare drawings during construction stages.

The role requires 9–14 years of experience in a design firm, strong communication, and networking skills, with a focus on quality and timely delivery at site.

Qualifications

• B. Arch Graduate required.
• 9–14 years of design and architect experience from a design firm.
• Proactive and result oriented to achieve business success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable with good networking skills.
• Knowledge of interior design and site execution along with rate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations.
• Prepare and modify plans; make elevations.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants, and the business development team for approvals.
• Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage.
• Detail the project plan by estimating man hours and staffing, timelines, etc.
• Act as mediator between outsourced agency and design team to seek updates and incorporate feedback.

Role Objective

To develop Architectural Design and manage timely deliverables to project management to help the Organization deliver projects to the Customers in time and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations.
• Make plans, elevations for the projects. Prepare and modify plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants, business development team with regards to projects on approvals.
• Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage.
• Detail the project plan by estimating man hours required and number of people required, possible timelines etc.
• Act as a key mediator between the outsourced agency and team of design architects to seek updates, present drafts and incorporate feedback.
