Job summary

WSP India is seeking a talented Architect to join our Architecture team. You will contribute to the design and delivery of sustainable, high-profile projects across sectors, supporting concept development, design coordination, technical documentation, and project delivery.

You will collaborate with structural, MEP, and sustainability teams to ensure integrated designs, produce BIM models and visualizations, and maintain adherence to global design standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience within an architectural or design consultancy environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and technical capability.
• Proficiency in essential design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
• Strong understanding of design principles, building systems, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and project delivery frameworks in the Middle East is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support senior architects and project managers in delivering project packages on time and in alignment with quality expectations.
• Participate in internal design reviews, stakeholder meetings, and coordination workshops.
• Research materials, technologies, building codes, and design trends to support design innovation and technical accuracy.
• Ensure all project work adheres to WSP’s quality management, governance, and documentation procedures.
