Job Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Manage project timelines and deliver within set deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Strong creativity, visualization skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Relevant certifications in design software are an added advantage.
