Job summary

Genpact seeks an Architect - Application Development Microsoft N to drive end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and related governance. The role demands leadership across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and onshore/offshore coordination within a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Strong background in Dynamics 365 ERP, Finance & Operations modules, and project delivery excellence is required. Hybrid work setup in India is available.

Qualifications

• D365 F&O expertise and strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience managing Finance, SCM, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Manufacturing and Projects operations.
• Knowledge of D365 implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, upgrade, and support projects with governance and budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership; manage workshops and status reviews.
• Lead cross-functional teams; coordinate with offshore/onshore; mentor members.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and changes; manage change control and compliance.
• Monitor milestones, ensure UAT, deployment, go-live and hypercare; promote Agile/DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Governance Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, upgrade, and support projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports. Ensure project delivery adheres to established governance and quality standards. Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and financial tracking.
• Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership. Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project status reviews. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives. Escalate critical issues and provide proactive mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams comprising Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Architects, QA, and Business Analysts. Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project execution. Mentor project team members and foster a collaborative working environment. Drive accountability and performance across project teams.
• Risk & Change Management Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints. Develop mitigation and contingency plans. Manage scope changes through formal change control processes. Ensure project compliance with organizational and client standards.
• Delivery Excellence Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure successful UAT, deployment, go‑live, and hypercare support. Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle. Promote Agile and DevOps practices where applicable.
