Job summary

Optum India is seeking an experienced Development Lead to steer architectural directions and code quality for a large Java/React Native stack. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with NFRs while managing agile processes.

Strong hands-on leadership and cloud experience are required. The role demands deep expertise in full-stack development, DevOps, and modern cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Java API development
• 12+ years of experience in Java based Development using React Native as Frontend
• Hands-on coding experience
• Experience in MVC, SOA based applications, highly configurable apps
• Experience in AI/ML projects, model building and Python
• Experience in Cloud computing technologies
• AWS Cloud experience
• Full Stack development with Java backend and React/React Native frontend
• Experience with DevOps tools for CI/CD and CT setups
• Knowledge of Docker, Container-Based development and Azure Cloud
• Cloud/Distributed architecture design patterns knowledge
• Research-oriented with ability to handle technical challenges
• Strong analytical skills and MVP development experience
• Proven hands-on leadership and code optimization skills
• Ability to drive team and communicate status to management
• Adaptable and quick to learn latest technologies
• Strategic thinker aware of market trends
• Ability to design robust DB schemas and ensure resilience
