Adobe Workfront Solution Architect (Workfront + Fusion)

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Solution Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion to lead enterprise-scale Work Management, Digital Operations, and Marketing Workflow transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable Workfront solutions, defining governance frameworks, designing integrations using Fusion, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful program delivery.

This role requires a balance of solution architecture, business consulting, platform governance, and technical integration expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions.
• Define enterprise Workfront architecture, operating model, governance standards, and implementation of roadmap.
• Design and implement Workfront objects including:

Workfront Fusion & Integrations

• Design, develop, and govern integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Build automated workflows between Workfront and enterprise systems.
• Design integrations with:
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Adobe Creative Cloud
• CRM platforms
• ERP systems
• Collaboration tools
• Custom APIs
• Define integration architecture, error handling, monitoring, and support processes.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Fusion scenarios for performance and scalability.

Platform Governance & Operations

• Define enterprise-wide Workfront configuration strategy.
• Establish security, permissions, user roles, and access controls.
• Create governance processes for:
• Demand management
• Resource management
• Capacity planning
• Intake management
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and adoption initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders, PMOs, marketing operations teams, product teams, and IT stakeholders.
• Drive requirement workshops and architecture reviews.
• Present solution recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor administrators, consultants, and implementation teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Adobe Workfront

• 6+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront implementations.
• Strong expertise in:
• Project Management
• Resource Management
• Demand Management
• Intake Processes
• Custom Forms
• Workfront Administration
• Experience leading at least one end-to-end enterprise Workfront implementation.

Adobe Workfront Fusion

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion.
• Experience designing complex automation workflows and integrations.
• Strong understanding of:
• Data Mapping
• API Integrations
• Scheduling & Monitoring
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Fusion implementations.

Integration & Technical Skills

• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Understanding JSON, Webhooks, Authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating Workfront with enterprise applications.
• Basic knowledge of scripting technologies is preferred.
• Experience creating solution architecture artefacts including:
• Process workflows
• Governance frameworks
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to lead client workshops and architecture discussions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring project teams and administrators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront Certification.
• Adobe Workfront Fusion Certification.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience integrating Workfront with:

• Experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or Digital Experience programs.
