Job summary

Acme Designers in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks an Architect to join the Designing Department. You will work with the Chief Architect to develop theme-based designs for large-scale projects, creating floor plans, elevations and space planning with client-aligned design solutions.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably theme-based projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Architect to create theme-based designs.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and space analysis.
• Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and client presentations.
• Create initial sketches for floor plans and sections.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to generate design and presentation materials.
• Oversee MEP, fire drawings, electrical, HVAC, acoustics, and structural engineering aspects.
• Coordinate site work, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design challenges.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the internal team.
