Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Archer Lead in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India to configure on the RSA Archer/ Metrics platform. The role requires 6–8+ years of Archer/ Metrics experience and the ability to lead use case development and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work within a dynamic team, follow the defined SDLC methodology, and contribute to future enhancements including integrations and documentation. Some remote/hybrid options may apply depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Archer/ Metrics platform experience required.
• 6–8+ years in Archer/ Metrics.
• Ability to configure on the Archer platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop RSA Archer/ Metrics use cases.
• Lead/configure use cases in support of GRC requirements.
• Follow the organization’s implementation methodology.
• Develop new RSA Archer/ Metrics use cases and extend capabilities of existing ones.
• Create supporting documentation for new product offerings.
• Interact with stakeholders outside of Engineering.
• Participate in design sessions.

We are currently seeking a Archer Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Engineer - Archer experience (a doer role who can configure on platform) preferably with 6-8+ years of experience in Archer/ Metrics platform

Key Skills -

• Archer/ Metrics IRM Lead with experience to configure and develop solutions on the Archer/Metrics IRM platform and extend the capabilities of existing RSA Archer/ Metrics use cases
• Will be responsible for the Leading/Guiding and configuration of use cases supporting the development of GRC requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Follow organizations implementation methodology
• Implement best in class solutions including out of the box configuration, custom development, integrations and identify opportunities for future needs.
• Understand the business requirement and provide solution
• Contributes to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop new RSA Archer/Metrics use cases and extend the capabilities of existing RSA Archer/Metrics use cases
• Create supporting documentation for new product offerings
• Interact with stakeholders in teams outside of Engineering
• Participate and Contribute in design sessions
• Understands and adheres to cost/delivery/quality targets established during each phase in SDLC
