Key Responsibilities and Required Skills

1. Execute chemical reactions on mg to gm scale, synthesizing molecules/compounds per client specifications using efficient techniques.
2. Purification and characterization of compounds, including peptide interpretation, using analytical techniques such as NMR, LCMS, HPLC.
3. Proficient in both solid-phase and solution-phase peptide synthesis.
4. Experience in handling diverse resins for peptide synthesis, including modifications (cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, derivatization, etc.).
5. Handling of automated peptide synthesizers and peptide purification is desirable.
6. Expertise in writing Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).
