Job summary

Primera Medical Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking an AR Caller / Sr. AR Caller to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. The role focuses on in-patient AR denial management, insurance follow-up, and end-to-end AR activities in a US healthcare context.

Immediate joiner or within 30 days is preferred, with experience in AR collections, appeals, and hospital billing. Undergraduate to post-graduate qualifications are considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in In-Patient AR denial management and insurance AR follow up.
• Experience in AR Collections and AR Appeals.
• End-to-end Revenue Cycle Management understanding.
• Experience with US healthcare is must.
• Experience in Hospital Billing is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR denial management and follow up.
• Manage AR collections, appeals and end-to-end RCM processes.
• Collaborate on hospital billing and payer communications.
