The role emphasizes accuracy, timely follow-up, and achieving productivity targets.

The candidate will review denials, prepare appeals, and coordinate with payers to resolve issues, supporting the US Healthcare RCM team from Chennai.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of US Healthcare AR/Denials experience.
• Experience with Oncology and Radiology billing preferred.
• Knowledge of US payers, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, authorization, and medical necessity.
• Good communication, analytical and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve insurance claim denials.
• Review EOBs, ERAs, and payer responses.
• Handle denials related to authorization, coding, eligibility, medical necessity, timely filing, and bundling.
