Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Pune seeks an experienced Solution Architect to lead APRISO-based MES engagements and architect global solutions aligned to business strategy. You will cover the full value chain from requirement capture to Go Live, ensuring feasibility, value delivery, and delivery efficiency.

You will drive cloud-first solution engineering, orchestrate value engagement from vision to delivery, mentor teams, and coordinate with consultants and system integrators to ensure project success

Qualifications

• 11+ years of APRISO experience including versions above APRISO 2020.
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills to drive the project from requirements to Go Live.
• Experience with MES solution design and APRISO-based MES implementation (2+ design experiences).
• Knowledge of manufacturing domains (discrete and process).
• Experience with APRISO Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Archiving, and Business Integrator.
• Knowledge of APRISO architecture and modules, plus database structure.
• Integration experience with L4 and L2, SQL, and Oracle DB.
• Strong leadership to manage teams, partners, and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• No travel constraints.

• Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DS know‑how to meet customer objectives.
• Promote cloud-first solution engineering and value engagement from vision to delivery.
• Support Consultants and System Integrators in delivering the project.
• Coordinate with 3DS organization for a common solution view and project success.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with the SoW and project scope.
• Leverage IFWE Loop to manage customer and ecosystem interactions.

• Define integrated Global Solution enabling the customer to perform his Business strategy providing:
• The coverage of his whole business processes with the expected business value while guaranty­ing the final workability and relevancy of the solution
• The contribution to the Business Objectives achievement leveraging 3DS Know-how within the valuable usage of 3DEXPERIENCE platform according the Industry Business Challenge of the customer.
• The Solution engineering by promoting CLOUD solution first from Dassault Systèmes, considering the market trends.
• The expertise on the Value Engagement process to operate and orchestrate the solution Engineering from the Solution Vision to the Solution Delivery
• Act as key Contributor of the Value Engagement framework
• Participate in Value Engagement gate reviews when needed
• Assess Customer Opportunity in regards of feasibility, value and risks
• Contribute with Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes
• Challenge customer business processes in regard of value creation and business transformation
• Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DS Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort
• Leverage collaboration between 3DS organization around a common view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope

• Experience with MES Solution Design and Implementation of APRISO based MES - minimum 2 Solution design Experience with end to end implementation
• Good Knowledge of manufacturing domains including discrete as well as process industry
• Good knowledge and working experience in APRISO Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Archiving, Business Integrator
• Good knowledge of APRISO architecture and functional modules along with Database structure
• Integration experience with L4 and L2
• Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database
• Strong Leadership skills to manage team, partners and end customer
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• No travel constraints
