Job summary

Cprime, Inc. is hiring for a senior Apptio Targetprocess consultant in India to drive end-to-end ATP implementations. You will partner with business units, lead a skilled delivery team, and mentor peers in best practices.

The role requires strong SAFe knowledge, JavaScript/JSON/API experience, and excellent stakeholder communication. This position offers on-site work in India with global client exposure. You will gather feedback, configure Targetprocess settings, create views and dashboards, and

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.

• SAFe knowledge is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Java Script, JSON and API.
• Apptio Targetprocess certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement Apptio Targetprocess instance and partner with business functions to gain user adoption.
• Lead ATP team and mentor them for implementation best practices.
• End-to-end implementation of ATP with periodic client interactions.
• Conduct discovery workshops and advise on best practices for ATP.
• Update and add new features and solutions of Apptio Targetprocess.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to drive outcomes aligned with requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for business users for implementation and support.
• Gather customer feedback and work with Product Management to improve usability.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with support and development teams.
• Present project status, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

What you will do:

• Implement Apptio Targetprocess instance and partner with business functions to gain user adoption.
• Lead ATP team and mentor them for the implementation best practices.
• Lead end to end implementation of ATP implementation and periodic interaction with clients.
• Conduct discovery workshops and advise on the best practices to implement ATP.
• Update and add new features and solution of Apptio Targetprocess.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to drive toward desired outcomes aligning with the continuous requirement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the business users and work towards implementation & support.
• Gather customer feedback and work with the Product Management team to recommend how to improve product usability
• Troubleshoot customer issues and collaborate with support and development teams to resolve
• Present project status, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations to business and technology leadership.

Target Process:

• Solution Management - install/configure pre-defined and custom Apptio Targetprocess solutions aligning with department/ unit and ART needs
• Create custom Apptio Targetprocess views, reports, and dashboards
• Configure Apptio Targetprocess process parameters and settings
• Create custom Apptio Targetprocess automation rules and metrics for event-based customization
• Configure integrations with 3rd party products Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, etc

Qualifications and skills:

• 8 to 12 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple business units/ leads and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
• Someone eager to grow their IT skills in a fast-paced IT environment. A highly motivated and self-guided individual who can receive a task and see it through with minimal supervision
• Ability to analyze situations, form ideas, and get creative to provide solutions. Pride yourself on strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
• Should hold a bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Knowledge or experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) will have an added advantage.
• Should have good hands-on experience in Java Script, JSON and API.
• Apptio Targetprocess certification an added advantage.
