Responsibilities

• Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for tests and process improvements.
• Maintain engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation under supervision.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams as part of learning exposure.
• Attend training sessions and develop competencies in mechatronics and automation.
• Follow SOPs, safety regulations and quality standards during tasks.
• Perform other duties to support learning and business needs.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Assist staff engineers in design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechatronic systems combining mechanical, electrical, and software components
• Develop proof of concept solution under supervision
• Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for engineering tests, validation, and process improvements
• Maintain engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation under supervision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality, and R&D as part of learning exposure
• Attend training sessions and actively develop technical competencies in mechatronics and automation technologies
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and test instruments to maintain workplace safety and efficiency
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards during all assigned tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned to support learning and business needs
• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BTech/BE) in - Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/ Biomedical /Mechanical /Industrial engineering disciplines completed in 2025
• No history of previous employment. Previous internships are acceptable

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Technical Knowledge
• Good grasp of fundamental topics of the major disciplin studied (Electronics / Mechanical/ Instrumentation etc )
• Basic understanding of mechatronics systems (mechanical + electronics + control systems integration)
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic troubleshooting capability for mechanical and electrical systems
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and follow procedures
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, AI tools)
• Desired but not mandatory - Exposure to engineering tools ECAD/MCAD/Modelling/ Simulation
• Desired but not mandatory - SW Programing experience
• Strong willingness to learn and adaptability to new technologies
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
