Job summary

NGL Fine Chem in Maharashtra invites applications for a one-year contract trainee under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The role focuses on mechanical maintenance within a regulated API manufacturing plant, with hands-on training and mentorship from senior technicians.

The trainee will participate in planned maintenance, preventive tasks, equipment support during breakdowns, and inventory control of spare parts, all while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Planned maintenance programs reduce the likelihood of sudden and unscheduled downtime, ensuring uninterrupted production flow.
• Execute routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks for API manufacturing equipment
• Support senior technicians and engineers during emergency machine breakdowns to restore production safely and rapidly
• Assist in managing the inventory of critical mechanical spare parts, gaskets, seals, and tools to ensure their immediate availability when needed
• Adhere strictly to factory safety protocols

Position Overview

This is a one-year contract position under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The selected candidate will undergo structured, hands-on training in mechanical maintenance within a regulated Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing environment.
