Job summary

Capita in Pune is hiring undergrad and graduate freshers for a 6-month apprenticeship training program. The program offers hands-on experience, development of soft and communication skills, and exposure to business operations. Immediate joining is preferred.

Freshers only, with a requirement to have a bank account. Stipends are up to INR 14,000/month for graduates and INR 12,000/month for undergraduates. Work is scheduled five days a week, with a fixed shift from 12:30pm to 9:30pm; Saturdays and
