The incumbent will participate in shift handovers, contribute to process improvements, and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials in line with EHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain process parameters within specified limits.
• Timely reporting and corrective action on process deviation.
• Minimize process interruptions and downtime.
• Efficient handling of field equipment.
• Smooth execution of start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Adherence to SOPs during field operations Safety & Compliance.
• Zero safety incidents or near misses.
• Compliance with EHS guidelines and regulations.
• Proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Timely submission of operational logs and reports.
• Accuracy in recording process parameters and deviations.
• Effective communication with the control room and other departments.
• Quick response to process abnormalities and equipment malfunctions.
• Active participation in team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and suggest improvements for process efficiency.
• Reduction in raw material and energy wastage.
• Support in implementing best practices for cost reduction.
• Smooth transition between shifts with proper handover documentation.
• Adherence to shift schedules and timely reporting.
• Effective coordination with maintenance and quality teams.
