Job summary

IFP Petro in Ghaziabad district is offering an Apprenticeship role in the laboratory for candidates with basic lab exposure. The position provides a fixed stipend of Rs 17,000 per month and a pathway to a permanent, full-time opportunity based on performance.

The successful candidate will assist in sample preparation, testing, and documentation while following SOPs and safety guidelines in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Only National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Candidate can apply.
• Basic laboratory experience (academic/practical exposure).
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / MS Office).
• Stipend will be Rs 17,000 per month fixed and based on the performance we will provide permanent, full‑time job opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing samples and conducting quality testing and inspection of used oil and fuel oil using standard laboratory procedures and instruments.
• Strictly follow all SOPs, testing protocols, quality standards, and company guidelines while carrying out laboratory activities.
• Accurately record observations, maintain proper documentation, and share complete inspection reports with the team.
• Support calibration, cleaning, sterilization, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment under supervision.
• Manage laboratory supplies, chemicals, and consumables to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with the Petroleum Lubricant Testing Supervisor and assist in day‑to‑day laboratory tasks.
• Follow all safety guidelines while handling chemicals, equipment, and hazardous materials.
