Job summary

NIQ is seeking a contract-based analyst to handle commercial queries, coordinate with Client Liaison and Commercial teams, and manage a busy daily workload in Vadodara.

Fresh MBA graduates will contribute to data processing, CIP environments, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This 9-month role offers a stipend of 12,000 INR per month and exposure to diverse operations, with opportunities to develop analytics and project management skills.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent required with recent pass-out year.
• Freshers may apply.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• High accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail.
• Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes.
• Project management aptitude (critical path, sequencing, problem solving).

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for commercial queries, leading resolution with client liaison and commercial teams.
• Identify, investigate and coordinate resolution of data, processor product related queries.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload to support departmental schedules.
• Analyze gaps and improvements in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP).
• Provide accurate feedback to country teams, driving SOP and best demonstrated practices.
• Collaborate with Operations/Enablement to meet client expectations and work in a virtual multi-cultural environment.

• Be the point of contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client focused andtimelymanner in cooperation with Client Liaison and Commercial teams.
• Should be able toidentify, investigate and co-ordinate the resolution of data,processor product related queries.
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Analyzeandidentifygaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation and client instructions environments (CIP) and drive convergence of processes and tools.
• Provideaccurateandtimelyfeedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of bestdemonstratedpractices.
• Work across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction. Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues
