Job summary

Firstsource is seeking an Associate/Analyst/Sr. Analyst to verify the accuracy and completeness of appraisal documents and coordinate with Client Doc Management Teams to place requests and obtain appraisals, while addressing queries from the appraisal management company.

Knowledge of the US mortgage industry and mortgage types, plus strong communication and customer service skills, are essential. Night shifts and weekend work may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry.
• Knowledge of different types of mortgage, its functioning and the documents involved in Mortgage Processing.
• Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various stake holders.
• Strong Customer Service Skills, Detail Oriented with good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation.
• Should be able to effectively use a computer and have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all origination reports.
• Identify red flags and notify processor.
• Review Appraisal status in RealEC.
• Communicate with doc management to get timely status and appraisal documents.
• Review underwriting conditions and work accordingly.
