Job summary

Amazon is building large-scale forecasting and optimization systems that power its global transportation network and directly influence customer experience and cost. The team designs models across a range of techniques, ensuring production-ready, scalable solutions in collaboration with Product, Operations, and Engineering leaders.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Java/C++/Python, SQL, and data warehousing, and a track record of contributing to publications or internal knowledge sharing.

• Experience with SQL and an RDBMS (e.g., Oracle) or Data Warehouse.

Key job responsibilities

• Experience with SQL and an RDBMS (e.g., Oracle) or Data Warehouse

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing algorithms using both toolkits and self-developed code
• Have publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
