Job summary

TeamLease is seeking an Application Support L1 Engineer in Delhi to provide first-level support for banking and digital payment applications, ensuring smooth operation and quick incident resolution.

With 1+ years of relevant experience, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate with L2/L3 teams to maintain service quality across IMPS, UPI, and Digital Banking platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in application support.
• Hands-on experience with IMPS, UPI and Digital Banking applications.
• Good understanding of incident management and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 application support for banking and digital payment apps.
• Monitor applications and identify incidents, errors and service disruptions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution.
• Handle incidents through ticketing tools per SLAs.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and other stakeholders for resolution.
• Monitor UPI, IMPS and Digital Banking transactions for failures.
• Perform basic log analysis and health checks.
• Prepare incident reports and documentation.
• Escalate critical issues and ensure closure.
• Participate in rotational shifts as required.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Support L1 Engineer to provide first-level application support and ensure smooth functioning of digital banking applications.

Mandatory Application Experience

• IMPS
• UPI
• Digital Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 application support for banking and digital payment applications.
• Monitor applications and identify incidents, errors and service disruptions.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Handle and track incidents through ticketing tools as per defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams, development teams and other stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Monitor UPI, IMPS and Digital Banking transactions and identify failures or abnormalities.
• Perform basic log analysis and application health checks.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues and follow-up until closure.
• Participate in rotational shifts/support operations as required.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support / Production Support.
• Hands-on experience with IMPS, UPI and Digital Banking applications.
• Good understanding of application monitoring and incident management.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and log analysis will be an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a production support environment.
