Job summary

VHR Solutions in India is seeking a proactive Maximo Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for EAM applications, including IBM Maximo. You will act as the primary client contact, analyze issues, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver resolutions and improvements.

The role requires 4–6 years in Maximo/EAM/ERP, strong SQL and reporting skills, ITIL exposure, and excellent communication for client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT/CS or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Maximo/EAM/ERP or equivalent application support.
• Good understanding of SQL, databases, and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of incident management and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to ITIL processes.
• Experience in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for EAM applications (e.g., IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM, or similar platforms)
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, issues, and service requests
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application/system issues within defined SLAs
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements
• Support system configurations, data updates, and minor customizations
• Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles
• Assist in report generation, data analysis, and dashboard creation
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support system testing (UAT), deployments, and upgrades
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
