Job Description

• Troubleshoot the issue and provide the solution as per SLA.
• Coordinate with multiple technical teams.
• Configure, install and set up the desktop based applications (2-tier and 3-tier).
• Follow Incident Management, Change management and problem management process.
• Handle tickets and technical meetings with customers/stakeholders independently.
• Timely acknowledgement, Assignment & Queue management of tickets to team.
• Hands on experience in any on-prem apps to cloud migration(Azure).
