Medha is building a unified intelligence ecosystem for healthcare. As a designer, youll influence products that drive decisions for clinicians, operations, business leaders, and frontline users.
Our design team is new and growing. Youll play a foundational role in establishing the design culture, processes, and standards from the ground up.
Every product you design directly supports patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and healthcare quality across some of the largest health systems.
Youll have opportunities to meet users across hospitals, understand real-world behaviours, and translate them into actionable product experiences.
Work closely with product, engineering, and domain teams to deeply understand Medha’s core value proposition and solve problems with clarity and intent.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Engineer to join our Analytics & AI division within a leading hospital chain. This role involves supporting our analytics platform and AI-powered applications, including tools like AI Scribe, ensuring smooth operations and high availability. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in healthcare analytics, AI systems, and production support environments.
Provide technical support for the analytics platform and AI applications.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
Respond to and resolve user-reported issues and incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
Support data pipelines and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
Participate in weekend and rotational support shifts.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science,IT, ECE, or related fields).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of:
SQL and databases
APIs and web applications
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts,including weekends.
Prior experience in Application or Product support
Exposure to Python or scripting languages.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms(AWS/Azure/GCP).
Basic understanding of DevOps.
Familiarity with monitoring tools orticketing systems.
Interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare.
