Job summary

Narayana Health invites fresh engineering graduates to join its Analytics & AI division as an Application Support Engineer in Bengaluru. You will support our analytics platform and AI-powered applications, ensuring uptime, resolving issues, and coordinating with development teams on fixes.

You will work in a dynamic hospital-network environment, gain hands-on exposure to data pipelines, dashboards, APIs, SQL databases, and cloud tools, with weekend and rotational shifts. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (CS/IT/ECE or related).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
• APIs and web applications.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts,including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the analytics platform and AI applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
• Respond to and resolve user-reported issues and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
• Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
• Support data pipelines and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
• Participate in weekend and rotational support shifts.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Engineer to join our Analytics & AI division within a leading hospital chain. This role involves supporting our analytics platform and AI-powered applications, including tools like AI Scribe, ensuring smooth operations and high availability. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in healthcare analytics, AI systems, and production support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for the analytics platform and AI applications.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
