Job summary

DHL IT Services is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join the Intelligent Automation Platform team. You will manage day-to-day platform operations for OnPrem, AI, and SaaS services, ensuring high availability and adherence to SLAs, while collaborating with product managers, developers, and regional support teams.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to continuous improvement, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

We’re looking for passionate Software Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation Platform team. We offer exciting opportunities to work on impactful products that shape DHL’s digital future.

You’ll be involved in:

• Day-to-day platform operations of OnPrem, AI & SaaS services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and adherence to SLAs.
• Ensuring reliable operation of automation services with proactive monitoring and issue resolution
• Troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to continuous improvement
• Working closely with product managers, developers, and support teams across regions
• Maintaining technical documentation and the knowledge of supported applications
