Job summary

DHL IT Services is hiring an Application Support Analyst in Indore. You will join our Intelligent Automation Platform team to help run enterprise-scale automation services and support a growing digital backbone for the world’s largest logistics company.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Users, Platform Architects, and regional IT teams to ensure high availability, proactive monitoring, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day platform operations of OnPrem, AI & SaaS services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and adherence to SLAs.
• Ensuring reliable operation of automation services with proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Working closely with product managers, developers, and support teams across regions.
• Maintaining technical documentation and the knowledge of supported applications.

We're looking for passionate Software Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation Platform team. We offer exciting opportunities to work on impactful products that shape DHL’s digital future.

You'll be involved in:

• Day-to-day platform operations of OnPrem, AI & SaaS services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and adherence to SLAs.
