Job summary

Cadfem Engineering Services in Bengaluru seeks an Experienced A E / Senior AE specializing in EMC/EMI to join our engineering team. You will apply electromagnetic theory, EMC regulations, and simulation-driven methods to solve complex electronic systems challenges.

You will deliver technical presentations, support customers through design reviews, and perform EMC/EMI simulations, analyses, and testing planning to help achieve compliance and robust product performance.

Qualifications

• Experienced A E / Senior AE specializing in EMC/EMI.
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetic theory, EMC regulations, electronic systems design, and simulation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consulting to customers on EMC/EMI design, analysis, and compliance challenges.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate simulation and testing methodologies.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept studies, and technical evaluations.
• Support customers throughout project implementation and validation phases.
• Perform EMC/EMI simulations and analyses for electronic products and systems.
• Analyze radiated emissions and susceptibility.
• Analyze conducted emissions and immunity.
• Evaluate shielding effectiveness and grounding strategies.
• Perform cable coupling and harness analysis.
• Conduct PCB-level EMC investigations.
• Support antenna coupling and electromagnetic field analysis.
• Troubleshoot EMC issues and recommend mitigation techniques.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training programs.
• Collaborate with customers to improve product performance and achieve compliance requirements.
• Participate in technical discussions and design reviews.
