You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring application security and compliance, in line with external and internal regulations.The work model for the role is: #Li_onsiteThis role is contributing to the ABB Robotics in Bangalore, IndiaYou will be mainly accountable for:Own and manage the IS Robotics application landscape across the full lifecycle, including design, build, implementation, rollout, support, and continuous improvement.Ensure reliability, performance, and availability of CRM, ERP, and non-ERP applications while proactively identifying and resolving system issues.Collaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, and external partners to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technology solutions.Lead incident, problem, and change management activities, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards and minimizing business disruption.Drive application modernization, automation, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.Qualifications for the roleBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related discipline.10 to 12 years of experience in application support, application management, or enterprise IT systems.Strong experience managing CRM, ERP, and enterprise application environments with a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.Proven expertise in application architecture, system integration, solution design, implementation, and support.Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Workday, Azure, VMware, or similar technologies.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.Experience working in cross-functional global teams and managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and service delivery best practices.Experience in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar tools.Exposure to virtualization, cloud platforms, and infrastructure technologies is an advantage.We value people from different backgrounds.
