Application Security Manager

Job summary

Experian is seeking an experienced leader to head a team of application security engineers and penetration testers in Hyderabad. You will mentor the team, guide daily project activities and mature the application security program through direct interaction with stakeholders.

You will oversee SAST, SCA, DAST and penetration testing operations, identify improvements, and align risk governance with enterprise strategy while advising on risk during business decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-year college diploma or degree in computer science/engineering or 5 years equivalent work experience in application development.
• Certifications in security (OSCP/OSCE/OSWE etc) are preferred.
• 8-13 years direct experience in enterprise-level applications security.
• Previous experience leading teams of penetration testers is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud-based application architectures.

Experience and Skills

• Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science or computer engineering, and/or 5 years equivalent work experience in application development.
• Preferred certifications are listed as follows OSCE3, OSCE, OSCP, OSWE, CCSAS, CCT, CRT, GXPN, CISSP or CSSLP or similar certification.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 8-13 years direct experience in enterprise-level applications security.
• Previous experience leading teams of penetration testers strongly encouraged and highly desired.
• Experience with cloud-based application architectures
